About Your New Job:
As the Site Administrator, you will:
- Manage all administration for the site and maintain precise and confidential project records.
- Control, distribute, and ensure accessibility of project documentation, including drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate site communication between management, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Process essential financial and labour records (POs, invoices, timesheets, attendance).
- Support health & safety and statutory documentation, site inductions, and compliance tracking.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage reports for project management.
- Ensure organised filing and general office management within a fast-paced construction environment.
- Assist project and site management teams with a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
What Skills You Need
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar site administration role within the construction industry.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes and document control standards.
- Strong attention to detail, proven organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Motivation, initiative, and ability to foster a positive working atmosphere.
