About Your New Job
- Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be the key contact for all documentation for the Depot and all contracts assigned to the depot including communication between the client, suppliers and subcontractors involved with the project.
- Co-ordinate the collation of data and preparation of reports, schedules, summaries and correspondence as necessary.
- Managing stock levels, re-ordering and corresponding with suppliers.
- Communicating with Customers and General Public in response to queries
- Collating and Updating Health and Safety registers and records.
- inputting of timesheets, Purchase Orders, Monthly Invoices and Reports, Recording of stock transactions, Debtor Management.
What Skills You Need
- Secretarial or Business Qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (Construction or Electrical)
- Proficient in main Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate Level Minimum in MS Excel) and accounting packages
