I am a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Construction recruitment, working on a busy Construction desk supporting Building Contractors, Commercial and Residential developments, and Fit-Out clients. With over 19 years of recruitment experience and 7 years specifically within the Construction industry, I bring a wealth of industry knowledge and recruitment expertise to my role.

I work closely with both clients and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates through to interview coordination, offer management and successful placement. My focus is on building strong relationships and understanding the specific requirements of each client and project to ensure the right candidates are matched with the right opportunities.

I completed the Employment & Recruitment Federation's Recruitment Excellence Programme in 2009 and also hold a Black Belt Certificate in Recruitment from Social Talent.
