A leading and successful high end Tile & Bathroom Company with Stores throughout Dublin is looking for a Showroom Manager for one of their relatively new stores located in Dublin South.
About Your Showroom Manager job
- You will be running this store as if its your own business with the support of Head Office
- Leading and motivating a Sales & Warehouse Team
- Hiring, One to Ones and Appraisals
- Proactively promoting the company and its products
- Face to face Client Services also dealing with clients via phone and email
- Advising existing clients of new products etc
- Acquiring new clients
- Ensuring the Showroom displays are of the highest standard and up to date
- Promotions and advertising
- Sales
- Cash handling and cashing off at the end of the day
What Skills You Need for this Showroom Manager Job
- Previous retail experience within Tiles or Bathrooms is essential
- At least 3 Years Retail Management experience
- You need to have good decision making and management skills and be willing to bring the store to the next level
- Written and spoken fluent English
- EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
What’s on Offer
This Job comes with a salary of 55-65k plus commission. Also, mobile phone and free parking.
