About Your New Job

  • As the SHEQ Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality assurance documentation within the business.
  • You will monitor and support SHEQ performance across all contracts, ensuring best practices and compliance with relevant standards.
  • You will provide expert guidance to operational management, identifying areas of excellence, implementing improvements, and supporting robust incident and accident reporting and investigation processes.
  • You will facilitate effective communication between clients, customers, and subcontractors on safety and quality-related matters.

What Skills You Need

  • Third level qualification in a relevant area or equivalent experience, including an environmental qualification (IOSH/IEMA membership desirable).
  • Proven knowledge and application of SHE management principles within an operational setting.
  • Ability to work independently, self-organised, and a full clean driving licence.
