About Your New Job
- Execute portfolio valuations for secured lending and financial reporting purposes.
- Carry out and present valuations in accordance with internal protocols and industry standards.
- Generate comprehensive valuation reports for key projects across the country.
- Cultivate and nurture key relationships with both new and existing clients, with an eye on winning new business.
- Provide measured and strategic advice to clients regarding their assets.
- Conduct thorough inspections as required.
- Supervise the preparation of detailed reports and ensure timely responses to correspondence.
- Uphold compliance with internal and external regulatory standards while achieving performance targets.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Engage in the APC counsellor.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across the business.
- Stay abreast of market trends, legislative changes, and professional standards (RICS/SCSI)
What Skills You Need
- Over 5 years of post-APC experience as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS/SCSI) specializing in valuations.
- Proven record of delivering valuation outputs in accordance with the highest professional standards.
- Extensive experience in conducting valuations across various assets.
- You bring a deep understanding of valuation principles
- Proficient in using Argus Enterprise / Developer software.
- Exceptional report writing skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining professional quality standards.
- Thorough knowledge of Red Book standards.
- you bring the ability to build client relationships and drive business growth.
- Holder of a PSRA licence (or eligible to obtain one).
- Possession of a full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
