I am a Recruitment Consultant on the Property desk within the Construction team at Sigmar Recruitment.

I bring a strong recruitment background from Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing and Transformation & Change. I am highly adept at managing fast-paced, high-volume recruitment from entry-level to Director-level roles. 

Since joining Sigmar, I have focused exclusively on business development to build out the Property desk, sourcing, screening and placing candidates across Ireland. I manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from initial business development, client onboarding and job intake to screening candidates, coordinating interviews and start dates. I enjoy working closely with my clients and candidates to deliver seamless placements for important roles.
