About Your New Job as Senior Sales Representative
- As Senior Sales Representative, you will initially focus on new business development, actively identifying and securing new accounts in the plant and tool hire market.
- Once you have demonstrated the ability to win and manage new business, you’ll be given a portfolio of accounts to maintain and grow.
- Use your expertise to advise clients on the most suitable plant hire solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including sales calls, site visits, and quotations—with a dedicated admin team supporting all administrative work.
What Skills You Need to be the Senior Sales Representative
- Significant experience in sales within plant hire, tool hire, or related construction sectors.
- Proven track record of winning new business and managing client accounts.
- Strong knowledge of plant machinery, equipment, and hire processes.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, both independently and as part of a team.

- Competitive base salary: €55,000–€70,000
