I am a Recruitment Consultant on the Sales team at Sigmar Recruitment, where I support clients in building high-performing commercial teams and help candidates secure roles that align with their experience and ambitions.

I bring a background in tech and international experience, having spent several years working abroad before returning to Dublin in 2025. This has given me a strong understanding of fast-paced, commercially driven environments and the demands of scaling teams in competitive markets.

Prior to moving into recruitment, I ran my own business, where over the course of three years I employed over 23 individuals. This experience gave me first-hand insight into the importance of hiring the right people — not just for skills, but for culture, growth, and long-term success.

Since transitioning into recruitment, I have focused on sales roles, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver efficient, well-matched hiring outcomes. I take a practical and relationship-led approach, with an emphasis on understanding business needs and ensuring long-term fit.
