About Your New Job as a Senior Sales Representative
- As Senior Sales Representative, you will focus on acquiring new business in the plant hire and construction industry.
- You will identify business opportunities, secure and manage new accounts, and ensure sustained hire growth.
- You will provide expert advice on tailored plant hire solutions, manage sales calls, conduct site visits, and produce tailored quotations for clients.
- Benefit from an experienced admin support team handling all your administrative workload, freeing you to drive results.
- This role is 80% new business development and 20% account management.
What Skills You Need to be the Senior Sales Representative
- Proven sales track record in the plant hire or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of plant machinery, equipment, and hire processes.
- Full clean driving license (role involves frequent travel to client sites).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and within a dynamic team.
