About Your New Job
- As the Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for all regulatory activities across EMEA countries, ensuring that products can be successfully launched and maintained in market.
- Review ingredients, product labels, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with local and regional laws and regulations.
- Coordinate product registrations by preparing and filing documentation with government agencies, support internal teams with regulatory queries, and manage compliance trackers and tools.
- Be the point of contact for regulatory sign-off on submissions and promotional materials, sharing your expertise with colleagues and supporting overall regulatory operations.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- 4+ years’ regulatory affairs experience in the EMEA region (medical device, cosmetic, food, dietary supplement sectors).
- Strong familiarity with EMEA regulatory landscapes and requirements, including experience with product registration and label compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
- Experience in cosmetic/dietary supplement contract manufacturing is an advantage.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
