About Your New Job

• As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to drive new product engineering and operational improvement projects from concept to completion.
• You will facilitate effective communication across key functions such as Engineering, EH&S, Maintenance, HR, Finance, Operations, and Quality to ensure project alignment.
• You will be responsible for maintaining detailed project plans, managing budgets, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• You will drive operational excellence through the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, innovation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• You will prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and the senior leadership team, providing clear insights, recommendations, and escalation of critical issues as required.
• You will ensure compliance with internal gate processes and external quality, regulatory, and business requirements.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in program/project management within industrial, engineering, aviation, or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Deep practical experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured process improvement.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred: PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile certifications.
