Based in the City Centre, this is a hybrid role with the teams in-house 2 days per week.

 

About Your New Job

As the Senior HR Business Partner you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior and executive leaders across a complex, multicultural environment.

  • Partner with senior leaders to identify people-related opportunities and challenges, providing practical and commercially focused advice.
  • Design and implement organisational development initiatives, including organisational design, workforce planning and leadership development.
  • Coach and support leaders in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams through effective performance management and continuous feedback.
  • Use people data and insights to diagnose complex organisational issues and recommend evidence-based solutions.
  • Lead people-focused workstreams for major organisational initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and transformation programmes.
  • Support leaders through change by ensuring communication, engagement and people impact are managed thoughtfully and effectively.
  • Connect people strategy to wider business objectives and help drive measurable organisational outcomes.

 

What Skills You Need

  • 8yrs+ experience as a HR Business Partner.
  • In-depth knowledge of EMEA employment legislation, HR practices and cultural considerations.
  • Proven experience advising, influencing and coaching senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Customer Success focussed organisations.
  • Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning and leadership development.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a diverse, global organisation.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect HR strategy to commercial objectives and solve complex organisational challenges.
  • A data-informed, adaptable and empathetic approach, with strong emotional intelligence and confidence working through change.
