I am an Associate Director at Sigmar Recruitment, having joined the business in 2004. In my role, I head up our dedicated HR and Office Support teams while personally focusing on senior HR appointments. Backed by a degree in Business and Psychology, alongside qualifications in Organisational Leadership and Business Administration, I take a highly strategic approach to talent. As an active advocate for the recruitment sector, I sit on the steering committee of the Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF) and frequently contribute as a speaker at national HR and CSR events, helping to shape best practices across Ireland.
