About Your New Job
- As the Senior NPI Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring seamless integration of new products into existing manufacturing processes.
- You will spearhead and participate in continuous improvement and product/process development initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- You will support the development and execution of strategic engineering plans aligned with organizational objectives and growth.
- You will mentor and develop team members, fostering strong problem-solving skills and professional growth.
- You will collaborate on key automation projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise plant operations.
- You will ensure all quality, regulatory, and safety standards are consistently met and participate in audits and compliance system improvements.
- You will assist in managing capital projects and contribute to the management of Key Cost to Win programs to ensure on-time and effective implementation.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum BSc in an engineering discipline, MSc preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience in an engineering role, with proven track record in New Product Introduction (NPI), integrating new products, and delivering successful launches.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience working with metals and/or orthopaedic implants is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification advantageous.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in high-demand NPI environments, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving requirements.
