Senior NPI Engineer

About Your New Job
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring successful integration of new products into existing manufacturing processes.
- Participate in initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the development and execution of plans aligning with the organisation's objectives and growth.
- Guide team members, fostering a culture of problem-solving and professional growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, and safety standards, and participate in audits.
- Track, report, and forecast project budgets.
- Drive changes and continuous improvement in site engineering systems and procedures.
- Manage programs ensuring timely and effective project implementation.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum BSc in Engineering, Science or relevant. MSc qualification preferred.
- 3-5 years of engineering experience, including direct involvement in NPI projects.
- Experience in project management is preferable.
- Lean Six Sigma: Qualifications are preferable.
- Ability to work with and influence outcomes in high-demand NPI environments.
- Quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving NPI requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
