About Your New Job

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes, production layouts, and equipment installation for maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee the arrangement of plant machinery and specify the sequence of operations for fabrication, ensuring seamless production flows.
  • Lead the introduction of process inspections and compliance measures, driving root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance to design engineering teams, ensuring product performance and regulatory compliance.
  • Independently manage and deliver manufacturing projects from concept through to implementation, acting as a coach and mentor to junior team members.

What Skills You Need

  • University degree in Engineering or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience (or 2 years with advanced degree) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in process design, layout optimization, and statistical process control.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and with external partners.
