About Your New Job

  • Plant & Equipment Maintenance: You will have full responsibility for the maintenance, repairs, and servicing of CNC machines, manual machines, automation systems, compressors, saws, forklifts, and company vehicles. You will develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic faults, and coordinate machine downtime with management.
  • Automation & Industry 4.0: You will support the introduction of new machinery, automation, and robotics, design and implement automated cells, and implement automated coolant management and autofill systems.
  • Facilities & Infrastructure: You will oversee the maintenance and improvement of company facilities and manage utilities including compressed air systems and power.
  • Spares & Asset Management: You will establish and manage a spare parts store and maintain accurate maintenance and asset records.
  • Supplier & Contractor Management: You will be the primary point of contact for all maintenance suppliers and manage external engineers and service providers.
  • Health & Safety: You will ensure all equipment meets statutory health and safety requirements.
  • Training & Development: You will identify training needs and attend training where required.

What Skills You Need

  • Essential:
    • CNC maintenance experience
    • Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic knowledge
    • Strong organizational skills

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: €55,000 to €60,000
  • Benefits: Pension
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Holidays: 20 annual holidays plus 10 bank holidays
