About Your New Job
As the Senior Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager, you will:
- Manage a varied portfolio of residential properties, including both standalone homes and multi-unit developments.
- Oversee all aspects of the lettings process, from marketing properties and conducting viewings to drafting lease agreements and handling move-ins.
- Ensure top-quality service for landlords and tenants, act as the main point of contact for new tenants, and deal with any tenancy issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections (move-in, mid-tenancy, move-out), and recommend required maintenance or repairs.
- Support business growth by actively securing new rental properties each month.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with current legislation and property regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless property management and reporting.
What Skills You Need
- 4+ years’ experience as a lettings and managing agent, specifically in residential letting and/or property management.
- Current PSRA Licence (Type C) and a full, clean Driver’s License.
- Strong understanding of lettings regulations, Irish property law, and tenancy management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy portfolio efficiently.
- Proficiency in property management software, email, and MS Office Suite.
