Senior HR Business Partner, 12 Month Contract

A highly regarded financial institution is seeking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner to join their Dublin 1 based operation on a contract basis.  This organisation prides itself in having a collaborative culture focused on strong performance, governance, and values-driven leadership.

 

About Your New Job

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, implementing people strategies that align with organisational goals and culture.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, deliver expert HR advice, and ensure best practice in all areas of HR.
  • Lead initiatives around recruitment, reward, employee relations, performance management, wellbeing, and HR analytics.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making, using analytics to generate insights and guide HR strategy.
  • Mentor HR colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and deliver impactful HR projects.

 

What Skills You Need

  • At least 6 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner in a complex environment, working closely with senior leaders.
  • Relevant third-level qualification (CIPD and degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related discipline).
  • Expert knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, reward frameworks, and HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage).
  • Excellent relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
