Senior H&S Advisor
Due to a strong pipeline of residential projects across Dublin, our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join their team on a major residential development in South Dublin
Reporting directly to the Regional H&S Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Company’s EHS Management System on the project.
- Promote a positive H&S culture on-site with Site Management, Contractors, and workers.
- Monitor EHS compliance on-site and generate weekly inspections & reports.
- Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
- Influence and coach site team in the implementation of best practice EHS standards.
Specific Requirements for this Senior Health & Safety Advisor role:
- Recognised EHS Degree or Diploma (NEBOSH diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
- 5 or more years’ experience in Health & Safety roles from the residential industry
- Proven experience working on large-scale construction projects is essential
- Must work well within a team and be able to collaborate with others
