About Your New Job

  • Financial Operations Management: Support and manage all aspects of plant financial operations, including monthly financial performance reporting, ensuring accurate financial accounting, and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Annual Planning Process: Manage all Business Planning P&L and balance sheet processes, ensuring deadlines are met with quality analysis and commentary.
  • Control and Compliance: Support strong control and compliance, working with internal and external auditors.
  • Business Partnering: Manage financial aspects of non-concentrate business models, prepare supply point shift analytics, and build value-added relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate initiatives in Finance to implement process improvements and standardization, and drive plant productivity savings projects.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Provide finance input to various ad hoc and project requests, including key strategy projects like SAP upgrade implementation.

What Skills You Need

  • Qualifications: Master’s degree with CA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA qualification or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in a medium to large-scale manufacturing operation.
  • Technical Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of SAP and integrated manufacturing systems.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior management effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to work with sensitive data confidentially.
  • Adaptability: Self-motivated and able to deal with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
