About Your New Job
- Design, develop, and integrate complex electrical systems for innovative Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
- Lead challenging projects and mentor team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in mechanical engineering, software development, quality assurance, and manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 60601).
- Develop detailed specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts.
- Perform system-level integration of hardware, firmware, and software components.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support verification and validation activities to ensure safety, compliance, and efficacy of the product.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 4 years of electrical design experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of electrical design experience.
- Experience in medical device or highly regulated industries (automotive or other relevant backgrounds are also considered).
- Proficiency in EMC design and test principles per IEC 60601.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and debugging PCB assemblies.
- Experience with signal integrity, noise issues, and long flexible PCB board technology.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative work ethic.
