With a robust pipeline of large-scale projects and a focus on innovation, sustainability, and excellence in delivery, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Coordinating Engineer to join their team on a flagship multi-residential development in North Dublin.
About Your New Job
As a Senior Coordinating Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a major multi-residential project, working closely with site management, design teams, and subcontractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating technical design information across multiple disciplines
- Managing and resolving design queries (RFIs) in a timely manner
- Liaising with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager in achieving programme milestones
- Overseeing quality control and ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications
- Assisting in the implementation of BIM and digital construction processes where applicable
What You Need for This Job
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within construction, ideally on large-scale residential or commercial projects
- Strong technical understanding of construction processes and building regulations
- Experience coordinating design teams and managing project documentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
