About Your New Job

As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and strategic direction of our commercial property business. You will be a key member of the management team, responsible for:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage budget planning and business strategy development.
  • Supervising, expanding, and optimizing departmental functions.
  • Take the lead on various commercial properties across different asset categories with key clients.
  • Manage all facets of property management including financial planning, lettings, rent collection and tenant applications.
  • Working closely with numerous internal team including but not limited to legal, financial, and technical experts.
  • Advise and develop existing client relationships to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent the company in ongoing business development activities.
  • Participate in pre-due diligence processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Suggesting effective software/systems for enhanced execution.
  • Leading the implementation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and requirements

What Skills You Need

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 or more years experience in a similar role within a commercial real estate firm.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and integrity.
  • A degree-level qualification.
  • SCSI/RICS qualification and PSRA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • A clean driving license.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A dynamic approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong client focus and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Effective communication and integration at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
