About Your New Job
- As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead on the design and delivery of sustainability-driven projects focused on active travel, water management, drainage, and urban infrastructure.
- You’ll collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams, advise clients and stakeholders, and ensure best practice is at the core of concept and detailed designs.
- Your work will directly impact public enjoyment of city spaces, contributing to large-scale place-shaping and regeneration initiatives.
- You’ll mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing across the team.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, with a background in public realm, active travel, water, or drainage projects.
- Chartered Engineer (or actively working towards professional accreditation).
- Experience influencing project outcomes from concept to delivery, with a strong sustainability mindset.
- Proven ability to manage projects, liaise with clients and authorities, and deliver innovative solutions.
