I am a Recruitment Consultant on the Civil & Structural Design desk within the Construction team at Sigmar Recruitment. I specialise exclusively in recruiting Civil & Structural Engineering professionals across Ireland, covering disciplines including water & wastewater, active travel, transport infrastructure, roads, bridge design, drainage, flood risk, town planning and development infrastructure, as well as structural design across reinforced concrete frames, steel, masonry, timber, concrete and precast structures. I work across sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure, water & wastewater, transport, healthcare, education, industrial, pharmaceutical, data centres, energy and public realm.

I manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and understanding client requirements through to candidate sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation and placement. I work closely with both clients and candidates throughout the process, providing market insight, salary guidance and career advice to ensure the right fit on both sides.
