About Your New Job

• As the Senior Chemist, you will perform analytical testing on drugs and drug combination products using advanced techniques such as Liquid/Gas Chromatography, Elution, Spectroscopy, and Wet Chemistry.
• You will develop and validate analytical test methods, ensuring all laboratory processes meet the highest standards.
• Lead laboratory investigations, promptly addressing and closing out issues to maintain integrity and compliance in lab operations.
• Interpret and report results accurately, conduct data trending, drive technical report writing, and support regulatory submissions.
• Act as the key liaison between the laboratory and departments such as Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
• Provide technical support and execute troubleshooting for laboratory instrumentation and methodologies.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce testing lead-times and achieve cost savings.
• Support the training and onboarding of new laboratory staff and assist with internal/external audits.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s (minimum) in Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in analytical chemistry, including method development/validation, and hands-on use of chromatography/spectroscopy techniques.
• Proven ability to independently manage workflow and deliver projects on time.
• Demonstrated experience in laboratory investigations, technical reporting, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Strong commitment to compliance, continuous improvement, and mentoring/training colleagues.
