About Your New Job
- Develop & Execute the Materials Requirement Plan (MRP): Ensure efficient and effective procurement & inventory practices, optimizing the balance between quality, service, reliability, and cost.
- Maintain Inventory Levels: Ensure raw material and consumable inventories are within target, minimizing excess, obsolete, and expired materials.
- Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to clarify potential plan constraints and interfaces, ensuring issue resolution and timely delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build effective team and cross-functional relationships internally and with global functions.
- Continuous Improvement: Focus on and encourage continuous improvements of the process being supported, including MRP signal improvement initiatives.
What Skills You Need
- Education: Minimum of an Honor's Degree (NFQ level 8) in Supply Chain Management or other related Business discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years relevant Supply Chain Management experience, with experience in Planning/Purchasing in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SAP is essential. Knowledge of Power BI or similar data analytics visual tools is desirable.
- Certifications: Supply Chain Certification (e.g., APICS) preferred. Project Management or Lean Certification is desirable.
- GMP Environment: Experience working in a GMP environment for a minimum of 3 years.
