About Your New Job
- In this Sales Representative role, you will focus initially on new business development - identifying and securing new accounts in the plant and tool hire market.
- Once you prove your ability to win and manage new business, you'll be trusted with your own portfolio of accounts to maintain and grow.
- You will manage sales calls, site visits, and prepare tailored quotations, while a dedicated admin support team handles all your administrative work.
- You will also collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
What Skills You Need
- Experience in construction sales and/or working with construction sector customers - this may be internal or external, but some exposure is essential.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- A full, clean driving licence.
