About Your New Job

  • As a Sales Executive, you will promote a wide portfolio of market-leading steel products to public and private sector clients, including main contractors, groundworks, and major merchant groups.
  • You will build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and drive new business growth through project follow-up, participation in industry events, and collaboration with technical teams.
  • You will operate across multiple product categories—adapting solutions to meet client needs within your territory (Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Meath, Wexford, Louth, Laois).
  • You will ensure end-to-end project engagement, manage competitive intelligence, and continuously develop your client portfolio.

What Skills You Need

  • 3–5 years proven field sales experience in the civils/construction market, ideally with strong relationships with contractors, distributors, or merchant groups.
  • Demonstrable network with relevant contacts in the field and the ability to operate across different product categories.
  • Professional, proactive attitude (“humble and hungry”), self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce); excellent communicator with strong client and partner relationship skills.
