About Your New Employer

an Irish-owned, independent craft distillery who are over 10 years old.  They were one of the first independent, purpose-built artisan distilleries to open in Ireland in over a hundred years.  They craft small batch, hand-crafted Irish whiskey, gin, and vodka.

Due to expansion and success they are looking to recruit an Account Manager to cover the North Leinster territory.   

 

 About your new Account Manager Job  

  • As Account Manager, you will drive new business and manage existing accounts in the Dublin/Leinster region.
  • Maintain and manage existing business and create some new.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners across on-trade, off-trade, wholesale, retail, and hospitality.
  • Deliver sales growth, execute tastings and trade events, and ensure brand visibility.
  • Travel regularly around Leinster with occasional national trips; attend company meetings and events.
  • 5 Days on the Road.  Must be living in Leinster. 

 

  What Skills You Need for this  Account Manager job

  • Experience in field sales, business development, or account management within the Drinks industry is essential for this role
  • WSET Qualification a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Full clean driving licence is essential.

 

What’s on Offer

This role comes with a base salary of circa 45-50k along with Bonus and Benefits such as Car, Laptop, Phone and Discount on company products.
