About Your New Job
- Liaising with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors: Communicate effectively via phone, email, and CRM systems.
- Property Oversight: Implement and support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a portfolio of residential properties.
- Maintenance Management: Organize all maintenance matters, including triage of issues, obtaining quotes, and authorizing works.
- Financial Reviews: Conduct periodic financial reviews and report on expenditure and rental income.
- Lease and Rental Management: Handle lease matters, rental payments, late rent procedures, and tenant breaches of obligation.
- Property Inspections: Oversee and review property inspections to ensure regular building upkeep.
- Client and Tenant Relations: Address client complaints, manage RTB mediations/hearings, and coordinate tenant move-outs and utility transfers.
What Skills You Need
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Computer Proficiency: High level of computer proficiency and strong administrative skills.
- Experience: At least 2 years of office experience, preferably in customer service or office administration.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
