About your Regional Sales Manager Job
- Manage and motivate a Team of 5 Sales Executives
- Manage and grow key catering accounts through regular client and outlet visits.
- Identify and secure new catering customers and business opportunities.
- Lead, develop and motivate the sales team to achieve agreed targets and standards.
- Manage customer pricing, promotions and commercial agreements.
- Work closely with distributors and internal departments to deliver sales and promotional projects.
- Support new product launches and product development, working with NPD and Quality teams as required.
- Contribute to wider commercial strategies and business development initiatives.
- Territory to be covered will be the lower half of Ireland – Dublin to Galway – everything below that
What Skills You Need for this Sales Manager job
- Proven sales experience within the food or catering sector
- Experience managing key accounts
- Experience managing a Team of Sales Executives
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- A full clean Driving Licence is essential for this role
