About Your New Job as Reception/Accounts receivable support

As the Receptionist & Accounts Receivable Support, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal teams at our Galway Head Office. You will:

  • Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming office environment.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering and forwarding calls, managing reception/inbox, and coordinating mail.
  • Order and monitor office stationery, and maintain organized office administration.
  • Support the Accounts Team by processing payments, uploading invoices to customer portals, resolving customer returns, and sending out statements and documents as needed.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly and provide support to other teams as required.

What Skills You Need

  • Strong communication, organizational, and administration skills.
  • Experience working with multinational organizations (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Flexible, pro-active, with high attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach and willingness to embrace new initiatives.
