About your new role

Currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team, based at our Head Office in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career by playing a key role in the commercial management of our projects, from pre-contract stage through to final account close-out.

In this role, you will be responsible for all commercial management activities across multiple projects, working closely with project teams, main contractors, and our supply chain, while promoting a positive approach to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.

What you will need

  • A recognised qualification accredited by RICS, CIOB, or IEI
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Quantity Surveyor role
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, including subcontract agreements, bonds, guarantees, warranties, and insurances
  • Working knowledge of the Construction Contracts Act 2013
  • Experience in:
  • Commercial management from pre-contract to final account
  • Budget preparation, cost analysis, and commercial reporting
  • Interim valuations and subcontract administration
  • Ability to read and interrogate 3D models, complex drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
