Quantity Surveyor required for bespoke architecture and fit out contractor in Dublin

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking to appoint a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to the successful delivery of key projects.

About Your New Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing project costs and ensuring financial control from initial stages through to completion. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and within budget.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
  • Managing procurement processes and contractor selection
  • Monitoring project costs and providing regular financial reports
  • Assessing variations, valuations, and final accounts
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial risks
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure cost-effective delivery

What You Will Need

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role (3 to 5 years ideally)
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software
