About Your New Job
As a Quality Technician, you will:
- Provide daily Quality support to manufacturing teams to ensure the company’s high product standards are upheld.
- Lead NCR (Non-Conformance Report) activities across both the metal and polymer divisions, driving process improvement and defect reduction.
- Support all CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) activities, including those related to customer complaints.
- Assist with test and validation commitments as required by the business.
- Participate in supplier, internal, and external audits in compliance with ISO and FDA requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and improvement projects.
- Process change requests efficiently and ensure their successful closure.
- Support the Quality department with management of training records and QA documentation activities.
- Regularly report on quality metrics to stakeholders.
What Skills You Need
- Certificate/Diploma in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (essential).
- 2–3 years’ experience in a medical device manufacturing environment with direct QA experience.
- Proven skills in root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamworking skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Strong report writing capabilities.
