About Your New Job as a Quality Engineer II

Due to continued growth, the site is recruiting Quality Engineers across multiple manufacturing areas.

  • Responsible for the daily execution of sound quality practices and the maintenance of an effective quality system.
  • Independently make decisions related to product quality, including the disposition of non-conforming products.
  • Participate in customer complaints investigations for areas under your control.
  • Continually seek to drive improvements in product and process quality.
  • Be fully conversant with validation techniques and associated regulatory requirements, including analysis of customer feedback and complaints.
  • Use knowledge of Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, and Lean principles to investigate, solve problems, and improve quality.
  • Be a strong team player, motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices aligned with department and site objectives.

What Skills You Need

  • A Level 8 Degree in an Engineering or Science-related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working at Engineering level in a highly regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with Internal Audit processes.
  • Strong motivation to deliver best-in-class quality practices.
  • Experience in Extrusions & Mouldings and/or Medical Electronics is highly desirable, depending on the role.
