About Your New Job

  • Provide effective and responsive Quality Assurance support to Operations to ensure quality, cost, and output objectives are achieved.
  • Drive and implement process improvements to ensure predictable and robust processes across all product lines.
  • Identify opportunities for risk reduction, yield improvement, and customer complaint reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and applicable regulatory requirements including EU MDR, FDA, and relevant regulatory agencies.
  • Support internal and external regulatory inspections and customer audits.
  • Manage and approve Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure appropriate quality review of product and process changes.
  • Define and support process and product validation requirements, including IQ, OQ, and PQ activities.

What Skills You Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment at Engineering Level.
  • Level 7 / Level 8 qualification in Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Engineering tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with statistical techniques and process capability analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of EU MDR regulations would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead quality initiatives and investigations.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
