About Your New Job
- As the Quality Assurance Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day Quality Assurance oversight of GMP manufacturing operations, ensuring exceptional product quality and regulatory compliance.
- You will act as a hands-on leader, providing strong QA presence on the manufacturing floor and offering real-time support to production, packaging, warehouse, engineering, QC, and validation teams.
- Your role involves driving deviation management, timely review of GMP documentation, managing regulatory audits, and leading quality investigations.
- As the QA Manager you will develop and mentor the QA team, embed a culture of proactive quality ownership, and support operational readiness for new products and process changes.
What Skills You Need
- 6+ years experience in biotech or pharmaceutical operations, with at least 2 years in a QA management role for GMP-regulated environments.
- Advanced degree in Biological or Pharmaceutical Sciences and proven experience in regulatory inspections, deviation investigations, CAPA, and change control.
- Expertise in EU GMP, risk-based QA strategies, and familiarity with industry standards such as USP/Ph. Eur, EMA, ICH.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, effective communication, and strong collaboration abilities.
