The Work
As a QHSE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties adhere to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising management on QHSE compliance, policies, and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Developing and updating QHSE documentation and management systems
- Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Delivering QHSE training and toolbox talks
- Liaising with external regulators, contractors, and certification bodies
- Providing periodic performance reporting to senior leadership
The Person
We are seeking a dynamic individual with:
- A relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Management
- Proven experience in QHSE within property, real estate, or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and industry standards
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO Lead Auditor preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a consultancy capacity
