The Work

As a QHSE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our properties adhere to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising management on QHSE compliance, policies, and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Developing and updating QHSE documentation and management systems
  • Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
  • Delivering QHSE training and toolbox talks
  • Liaising with external regulators, contractors, and certification bodies
  • Providing periodic performance reporting to senior leadership

The Person

We are seeking a dynamic individual with:

  • A relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Management
  • Proven experience in QHSE within property, real estate, or facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and industry standards
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO Lead Auditor preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently in a consultancy capacity
