QEHS Manager

Location: Co. Meath, with travel to sites across the Greater Dublin Area
Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 DOE + Company Car + Bonus + Pension

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QEHS Manager to lead the function across a nationwide portfolio of 15+ construction sites.

The role will be based in Co. Meath with regular travel to sites across the Greater Dublin area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the QEHS team, promoting a strong and proactive safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safe-T Cert and all relevant legislation.
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve QEHS policies, procedures and systems.
  • Conduct and oversee accident, incident and near-miss investigations, implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Review RAMS, lift plans and subcontractor documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Manage QEHS audits and ensure findings are addressed and closed out effectively.
  • Monitor and report QEHS KPIs, identifying trends.
  • Work closely with Directors, Site Teams and subcontractors to maintain high standards while supporting commercial and programme requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven Senior QEHS experience within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation and construction requirements.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and Safe-T Cert.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing teams and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
