About Your New Job
- Implement and manage the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and other relevant certifications.
- Work with project managers, engineering teams, and senior leadership to embed quality standards into all business activities.
- Lead internal audits, manage external certification processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
What Skills You Need
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and engineering project lifecycle.
- Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Quality Management roles, preferably in engineering, construction, or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and project teams.
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline. ISO Auditor Certification, Quality Management certification, or similar qualifications are desirable.
