About Your New Property Manager Job

  • As Property Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across South Dublin.
  • Oversee all financial operations for the portfolio, including drafting annual budgets, managing sinking funds, and ensuring efficient collection of outstanding payments.
  • Your duties will include organising and supervising both routine and urgent maintenance works for shared building facilities, guaranteeing optimal performance and upkeep.
  • Your role will involve coordinating Owners’ Management Company (OMC) meetings and annual general meetings, handling official correspondence, creating meeting materials, and documenting proceedings.
  • You will be responsible for managing contractors onsite—initiating tender processes, assessing service agreements, and ensuring external partners deliver consistently to agreed standards.
  • You will uphold stringent compliance by ensuring properties continually meet all required health, safety, and fire legislation, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records at all times.
  • You will conduct frequent property inspections, compile comprehensive reports, and efficiently address issues for stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Serving as the key liaison, you will respond swiftly and professionally to enquiries from company directors, leaseholders, and residents.

What Skills You Need

  • 2 years proven experience managing residential and / or commercial properties - Essential
  • Strong understanding of the Multi-Unit Developments (MUD) Act 2011 - Essential
  • Valid PSRA License (Category D) - Essential
  • Comfortable using property management and office software (Blockman, MS Office) and adept with digital tools and databases.
  • Full driving license and car.
