About Your New Job

As a Residential Property Manager, you will:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential apartment developments.
  • Liaise with OMC directors to provide professional support and regular updates, including chairing/attending meetings, AGMs, and EGMs.
  • Coordinate and oversee planned preventative maintenance as well as address structural building issues and capital works projects.
  • Prepare and monitor service charge budgets, sinking fund forecasts, and supervise debt collection efforts in coordination with credit control and legal teams.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, residents, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Utilize property CRM systems (e.g., Blockman) and Microsoft Office Suite for operations and reporting.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property/block management (essential).
  • PSRA D Licence (essential).
  • Experience managing relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of building structures, plant, and equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property CRM systems.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
