About Your New Job

As a Property Management Assistant, you will:

  • Liaise with customers, providing solutions and high-quality support for their queries.
  • Log and arrange call outs for service support contractors.
  • Assist the Property Manager with a range of administrative duties.
  • Prepare newsletters, notices, meeting minutes, and process receipts.
  • Support preparation and attendance for meetings alongside the Portfolio Manager.
  • Communicate with committees/directors on property development matters.
  • Handle a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-focused Administrator role.
  • Proven track record in busy office environments with strong multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Positive, outgoing attitude and strong team player.
  • Prior experience within the property sector is an advantage, but not essential.
