About Your New Job

As the Project Manager – Global NPD, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex product development programs, from concept right through to global launch and post-launch stabilization.
  • Develop and maintain integrated master project plans, covering technical, regulatory, quality, supply chain, and commercial activities.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and hold stakeholders accountable for meeting milestones and objectives across multiple product categories.
  • Oversee risk management, scope changes, and regulatory impact across all phases of product development.
  • Coordinate regulatory submissions and ensure all development activities align with multi-market requirements.
  • Ensure go-to-market readiness and facilitate smooth project transitions, capturing lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
  • Engage with global teams (occasionally outside regular hours) and travel up to 10% annually for key meetings, vendor visits, or market research.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing complex, cross-functional product development programs.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, nutritional supplements, or cosmetics) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of design control, regulatory processes, and risk management.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and cross-team communication skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.
