About Your New Job as Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in leading and coordinating key projects that drive the company’s operational and regional success.
- You will execute and communicate the delivery of critical digital or web projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- As the main liaison between the EPMO and operational stakeholders, you will coordinate project activity and deliver milestones that align with strategic objectives.
- You will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, milestone tracking, maintaining project documentation, and creating/maintaining SOPs and work instructions.
- You’ll report project performance using key KPIs, handle cross-functional and multi-time zone collaboration, and become a super user of project management software.
- You are adept at relationship building, effective resource allocation, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged at all stages of the project lifecycle.
What Skills You Need as Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 5+ years' proven experience delivering projects across technology, marketing, sales, and operations.
- PMI certification an advantage.
- Working knowledge of project management tools.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects via waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and with diverse teams.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with shifting priorities and rapid change.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
