About Your New Job

  • As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end development and delivery of new diagnostic products – from initial R&D through to commercial manufacturing with external partners.
  • You will manage a project portfolio, translating management objectives into clear deliverables, priorities, and resource plans.
  • You will work with multidisciplinary teams (biologists, engineers, QA) to develop test strip and electronic reader systems, ensuring projects hit performance, time, and cost targets.
  • You will act as the primary liaison with clinical trial sites (veterinary), CMO partners, and internal stakeholders – ensuring strong alignment and smooth communication.
  • You will lead the integration of lateral flow assays and digital reader technology, drive design reviews, and maintain quality documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • You will oversee project budgets and timelines, proactively mitigating risks and managing project finances.

What Skills You Need

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management within the life sciences, medical device, or veterinary diagnostics industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Veterinary Science) or Engineering.
  • Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2).
  • Experience with design history files, regulatory standards, and clinical trial coordination.
  • Strategic problem-solver, effective communicator (across technical and non-technical teams), and excellent at financial management and negotiation.
  • Strong leadership skills with meticulous attention to detail and relationship management abilities (partners, CMOs, suppliers).
